📝 Steps to Submit a Support Request the Right Way

If you already tried the links above and still need to open a support ticket, please keep the following in mind:

🚫 Avoid These Mistakes When Submitting a Ticket:

❌ Don’t open a ticket for issues already covered in the FAQs & Quick Fixes. Please check there first! 🙂

❌ Don’t leave out important details. The more info you provide (screenshots, error messages, steps taken), the faster we can help.

❌ Don’t use vague subject lines. Instead of “Help me!”, write “Login issue – reset link not working.”

❌ Following up? Reply to your ticket instead of opening a new one.

❌ Avoid expecting an instant reply—support responds within 2 business days (usually sooner!). 

❌ Avoid lost replies—check spam/junk folders, especially for Yahoo, Hotmail,  Outlook, MSN and AOL.
