  • Use a descriptive title.
  • Mention your user account email.
  • Mention your site’s URL.
  • Provide a direct link to a specific page or function that has an issue, so we can click on it and be taken to it instantly. Saves you and us time. 🙂
  • Mention the exact error you are getting (screenshots help).
  • Mention exactly what you were trying to do when the issue happened.
  • Mention if you already tried something in order to overcome the issue, and what were the results.
  • Please avoid opening multiple tickets for the same issue to prevent delays in resolution. Feel free to respond to the same ticket.
