💡While opening a support ticket:

If you already tried the links above and still need to open a support ticket, please do the following:

  • Use a descriptive title.
  • Mention your user account email.
  • Mention your site’s URL.
  • Provide a direct link to a specific page or function that has an issue.
  • Mention the exact error you are getting (screenshots help).
  • Mention exactly what you were trying to do when the issue happened.
  • Mention if you already tried something in order to overcome the issue, and what were the results.
  • Please avoid opening multiple tickets for the same issue, as this may delay resolution of your issue. Feel free to respond to the same ticket.

👍After opening a support ticket:
  • Check your email inbox for a message from our helpdesk.
  • If no email has arrived, check your spam folder and whitelist the email address support@helpcenterhq.com.
  • Do not reply to the helpdesk emails, because that email address is not being monitored.
  • Email notifications can disappear in cyberspace for all kinds of reasons. So, you may also want to bookmark your ticket and visit it after 48 hours. Chances are we will have already responded to it.
